Request to co-locate your conference at ATIGS.
Save your attendees and your organization time and money by co-locating your conference with the ATIGS 2018 in Washington D.C, June 24-26, 2018. There is a minimal administrative fee of $800 to co-locate your conference at ATIGS, but we provide a room for your event, do all of the setup, register your attendees, send out promotional materials for your event and provide access to a pre-arranged block of hotel rooms for your attendees.
To qualify as a co-located Conference, your meeting must have already obtained event sponsorship or have enough funds to cover your conference.
Our criteria for selecting your event:
Submission Opens – April 25, 2017
Submission Closes – May 15, 2018
Accept/Reject Notification – Rolling Basic – 2 Weeks After Submission.
Final Program Info and Logo Due – May 21, 2018

What you need to tell us:
Title of the conference.
Name, affiliation, city, state, country and email address of the proposed organizer/main contact.
Event description with targeted audience.
Sponsor information which includes the name of the sponsor and indication of the receipt of sponsorship approval.
Conference website URL.
What we will do for you:
Complimentary meeting room at the Omni Shoreham Hotel.
Coordination of food and beverage, signs, audio/visual requirements and poster sessions.
On-site support to execute the event and ensure all order details are correct.
Advertising/promotion on ATIGS webpage and in ATIGS promotional emails.
Your attendees have access to the following events at ATIGS:

Exhibition Main State Presentations
Three email blasts to the ATIGS email list based on date availability.
Complimentary conference registration services:
Your conference is listed on the ATIGS registration page.
Ability to reserve hotel rooms from the ATIGS room block at ATIGS negotiated rates.

What we need you to do:
Co-located conferences are responsible for paying their own expenses out of their conference bank account, including: food and beverage, room monitor, audio/visual, signs, room monitors and poster boards. Organizers are also responsible for the coordination and planning of any of their events which take place outside of the ATIGS official venue.
How your attendees will sign up for your event:
Your conference can be offered as one of the options on the ATIGS online registration page. This makes it easy for your conference attendees to register and may also help generate additional attendees for your event who will sign up as a part of attending the ATIGS!
You handle all registration of your conference attendees through you prefer registration method.
