Meeting Rooms will be available at no cost by reservation only. Each room will be available in 30 minute increments and can accommodate 10 to 25 seats. Delegates should allow 15 minutes between meetings for room refreshment to be replenished by hotel staff. Rooms may be reserved in advance by submitting a completed Meeting Room Booking Form. Rooms may also be reserved on site by either submitting a Meeting Room Booking Form via email or visiting the Information Desk at the Summit venue.
