Participants who require a visa to enter the United States should apply at the nearest US Embassy. Please be sure to confirm all necessary visas (including transit visas, if there are stopovers en route.) Please note that we are not permitted to obtain visas for participants. Those that require an invitation letter should request one after completing registration. This will be sufficient for obtaining a visa. If the consulate requests additional documentation pertaining to the sponsoring organization, please let us know.

Travelers from all Visa Waiver Program (VWP) countries are now required to obtain approval through the Electronic System for Travel Authorization (ESTA) prior to traveling to the United States. This requirement, effective January 12, 2009, applies to all eligible citizens or nationals traveling under the VWP.
